Senior Advocate Sandeep Sethi resigns from the post of ASG

Senior Advocate Sandeep Sethi has resigned from the post of Additional Solicitor General (ASG).

Sethi confirmed to Bar & Bench that he has resigned from the post of ASG but declined to comment any further.

It is understood that he had tendered his resignation before the start of the summer vacation. Sethi will be back in private practice from August 11.

In February this year, Sethi, along with Senior Advocates Aman Lekhi and Vikramjit Banerjeewere confirmed for appointment as ASGs for the Supreme Court.
