He is qualified to practice across three continents, in England and Wales, New York, and India..Dipen’s practice focuses on international arbitration – commercial, construction, and investment treaty..A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Dipen did his Master’s in law from Oxford University under the Radhakrishnan Chevening Scholarship in 2002, and has an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School as a Graduate Fellow..Another Partner from White & Case, Aloke Ray has also been made Queen’s Counsel along with Dipen.
