"Where are the Judges?", CJI Ranjan Gogoi (again) miffed with mentioning of cases

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi yet again expressed his displeasure at the exercise of mentioning cases for urgent hearing today.

The Court had been sitting in a combination of a Constitution Bench for the past two days, which left no time for mentioning. Thus, a large number of lawyers lined up today before the Bench of CJI Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna to mention their matters.

Miffed by the same, CJI Gogoi said . . .
