Video conference facility for jail inmates to interact with lawyers inaugurated in SCMarch 22 2017
In a significant step towards ramping up legal aid facilities in the country, the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (SCLSC) today inaugurated video conferencing facility in the Supreme Court complex.
The main object of the facility is to provide jail inmates the opportunity to interact with panel advocates of SCLSC.
The facility was inaugurated by Justice Dipak Misra, who is the Executive Chairman of NALSA in the presence of Justice Ranjan Gogoi, the Chairman of SCLSC.This content is restricted to subscribers
