Vertices, Trilegal act on Slicepay's fund raise from FinUpSeptember 14 2018
Fintech startup Slicepay, which offers instant credit to students and young professionals, has raised Series-A funding led by Chinese lending company FinUp Finance Technology Group.
Vertices Partners acted for SlicePay and the team was led by Managing Partner Vinayak Burman along with Senior Associate Vishal Mehta, Associate Manager Angshuman Chowdhury and Associate Ankit Kumar.
Trilegal advised FinUp and the team included Partner Nikhil Narendran, Senior Associate Rohith Rajendran and Associate Jishnu Sanyal.
The deal size is about $15 million. Existing investors Blume Ventures, Japan’s Das Capital, and Russia’s Simile Ventures also participated in the round, reported ET.
