Legal recruitment and talent management company Vahura has launched a survey in a bid to find out the best law firms to work at in India..The Best Law Firms to Work – Survey 2018 aims to distil the experience of law firm professionals, who can evaluate their own workplace anonymously. It will also provide feedback to the participating law firms on what they can do to improve the overall work environment..The survey includes a series of 30 questions based on parameters such as Culture, Firm Leadership, Satisfaction, Pride, Rewards and Recognition and Work-life balance..The Vahura survey has been shared with over 250 law firms representing 10000+ legal professionals ranging from upcoming firms with a headcount of below 10 lawyers, to large firms with a headcount of above 400 lawyers. Till date, close to 1000 respondents have completed the survey.
