Trilegal promotes Neeraj Menon to partnership; Himanshu Sinha joins Trilegal as Partner from Deloitte

Trilegal has recently promoted Neeraj Menon to partnership in the firm’s Delhi office. The firm has also hired Himanshu Sinha from Deloitte as a Partner to enhance the firm’s tax practice. He will also be based out of Delhi..Neeraj joined the firm in 2008 and is part of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure practice. He graduated from Symbiosis Law College in 2004 after which he worked with Reliance Energy as a Senior Legal officer. He worked there for two years following which he joined I&S Associates..Himanshu joined the firm from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He will be part of the firm’s Direct Tax practice. Prior to Deloitte, he was a Partner with Associate Law Advisors. He has also worked with the Government of India for 13 years, eventually becoming an Additional Commissioner of Income Tax..Himanshu is a graduate of Campus Law Centre and holds an LL.M from Harvard Law School. He is also a 2001 Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics.
