The Supreme Court today refused to interfere in a petition seeking a stay on the release of the movie on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
A Bench of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjiv Khanna held that whether the movie violates Election laws or not is for the Election Commission to decide.
