K. Ramakrishna Reddy has resigned from the post of Advocate General of Telangana.
Citing personal reasons for his resignation, Reddy told Hindu that he wants to carry on legal practice in his individual capacity. He also denied any differences either with the government or Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
Reddy was appointed the first Advocate General of the newly-formed Telangana state on June 21, 2014. He recently completed his three-year term.
D. Prakash Reddy, senior counsel and former advocate-general is likely to be the new Advocate General, reported DeccanChronicle.
