Sutherland buys Adventity advised by SampR Associates

New York-based IT outsourcing firm Sutherland Global Services (Sutherland) has acquired a 100 percent stake in the Mumbai headquartered Adventity Global Services (Adventity) in an all cash deal. Sutherland which specializes in integrated business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions across front and back offices of their clients employs over 25,000 people across the United States, India, Mexico, Philippines and other countries.
