Supreme Court nod to Centre to serve status report to party via Email


The Supreme Court today allowed the Central government to serve a status report to the petitioner via Email.

A Bench of Justices Madan B Lokur and Dipak Gupta were hearing a petition concerning implementation of National Urban Livelihood Mission and Shelter for Urban Homeless.

When the matter came up for hearing today, Solicitor General Ranjit Kumar, appearing for the Centre, submitted that he has received a status report from the government on a pen drive.
