Breaking: Supreme Court expresses inclination to refer Sabarimala case to Constitution BenchFebruary 20 2017
After months of hearing the matter, a three-judge Bench of the Supreme Court today expressed its inclination to refer the much debated Sabarimala Temple entry case to a Constitution Bench.
A Bench of Justices Dipak Misra, R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan today told the parties "we will deliver a judgment and refer the matter to a Constitution Bench".
