Supreme Court judicial clerk writes on sexual harassment by a Supreme Court judge

In a blog hosted by the Journal of Indian Law and Society, law graduate Stella James writes about the sexual harassment by a retired Supreme Court judge she was interning with as a student in December last year. Having met with sexual harassment by, “a man old enough to be [her] grandfather”, James recounts the conflicting emotions and thoughts that followed the incident.
