The Supreme Court today imposed costs of Rs. 50,000 on Bihar politician Tejashwi Yadav for wasting precious judicial time by challenging the de-allotment of a government bungalow occupied by him.
The order was passed by a Bench of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Deepak Gupta and Sanjeev Khanna.
