Supreme Court agrees to hear plea by J&K People's Conference against abrogation of Article 370September 17 2019
The Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea filed by the Jammu & Kashmir People’s Conference assailing the Presidential Orders of August 5 and August 6, which effectively abrogated Article 370 of the Constitution.
