Start up iCounsel, JSA and DLA act on TÜV Rheinland’s acquisition of NIFE

German-based TÜV Rheinland, a global provider of technical, safety, and certification services, has acquired the business and assets of Kochi-based NIFE, a leading provider of vocational training and education.
