S&R, Trilegal, SAM lead on Blackstone investment in Aakash Coaching

Private equity firm Blackstone Group LP is investing in omnichannel education and test preparation firm Aakash Educational Services Ltd. Blackstone is picking up a 36.5% stake in Aakash for ₹1,350 crores at a valuation of over $500 million, reported Mint.
