Social networking sites under judicial scrutiny again Delhi High Court seeks response in PIL on their tax returns

A Division Bench of Justices BD Ahmed and RV Easwar have sought responses from various Central Ministries while hearing a PIL filed against different social networking websites in connection with the income garnered by these sites and the taxation of the same. The matter has now been listed for April 9, 2013.
