We have also decided to open branches across India. In the first phase, we are opening branches in Chandigarh, Jaipur and Chennai. In the next phase, we plan to open offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata.”.Rajesh Goel & Co., headed by Rajesh Goel as the Managing Partner has merged his corporate and litigation practice at Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Jallandhar with SNG & Partners..SRM & Partners, headed by Rishikesh Maharishi and having branches at Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur has merged their practice with SNG & Partners..Zenith Lex & Co. at Chennai, headed by Adhivarahan Venugopal has also merged their practice with SNG & Partners..Rajesh Narain Gupta further told Bar & Bench that the firm has added Intellectual Property Law as a new area of practice..Vikram Bhatia and Ms. Punita Bhatia, the founding partners of Lex Consulting law offices have joined SNG as Partners to set up the IP practice in the firm’s Delhi office..According to Gupta, this gives SNG the benefit of adding new Partners with vast experience and a significant presence at the respective locations..With this expansion the firm now has a total of 14 partners. This arrangement is effective from December 1, 2012.
