The incidents that have occurred thereafter have caused a disquiet among the members of legal fraternity”..A copy of the Resolution will be sent to the Chief Justice of India, the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, the Chairman of the Bar Council of India and the Chairman of the Bar Council of Delhi for appropriate action..According to one of the members of SCAORA, who did not want to be named, the lawyers at the meeting held on May 2, 2012 had also sought that Abhishek Manu Singhvi be disrobed of his senior gown and debarred from practicing law.
