Shardul versus Cyril: Cyril Shroff gets second extension to file affidavit; Mediators to submit report on or before February 20, 2015 (Updated)

The Bombay High Court yesterday granted another extension to Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai Managing Partner Cyril Shroff in the ongoing dispute with brother Shardul Shroff. The Court allowed Cyril Shroff to file his affidavit by March 2 next year with respect to the dispute over his late mother, Bharati Shroff’s will.
