Shahjahanpur case: Supreme Court allows LL.M. student to pursue her education from another instituteSeptember 4 2019
The Supreme Court today allowed the LLM student from Shahjahanpur, who had earlier gone missing after levelling allegations of sexual harassment against Swami Chinmayanand, to apply for admission in another University in order to complete her LL.M. course.
The Court today also allowed her brother to apply for addmission to another college to complete his LL.B.
The order was passed by a Bench of Justices R Banumathi and AS Bopanna after Additional Solicitar General Vikramjit . . .
