Sexual harassment of Law Intern: SC Committee names J. AK Ganguly as alleged perpetrator, Ganguly claims innocence

The three member committee, which was constituted to probe the alleged sexual harassment of law intern by a Supreme Court Judge, has submitted its report to the Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam naming Justice (Retd) AK Ganguly as the alleged perpetrator. Justice Ganguly is currently serving as the Chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.
