Sexual Harassment of colleague: NUJS Assistant Registrar denied bail

Assistant Registrar of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) Siddhartha Guha was denied bail by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bidhannagar on Friday. Guha, who was arrested on Thursday on charges of sexually harassing a lady colleague, had been remanded to judicial custody for 14 days.
