President of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), RS Suri has come out strongly against litigants filing fictitious documents in Supreme Court.
In a Facebook post yesterday, Suri has asked Advocates-on-Record to be careful and scrutinize every document carefully before filing it under their name.
His observations have come in the context of Supreme Court order imposing costs of Rs. 1 lakh . . .
