SC Bench blasts Bar for typo-ridden filing; Dave appeals to AoRs to avoid mistakes

A Supreme Court Bench comprising Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice PC Pant today lamented the increasing frequency with which typographical errors are found in filings. Supreme Court Bar Association President Dushyant Dave has since written a letter appealing to Advocates-on-Record in particular to avoid such errors in the future so as to make life easier for judges.
