SAM, CAM on IFC’s 450 crore investment in Apollo Health and Lifestyle

International Finance Corporation (IFC) has invested Rs. 450 crore in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited. Pursuant to the investment, IFC will acquire a 29% minority stake in Apollo Health.
