Rs 5 crore courts may be reality

The controversial Commercial Division of High Courts Bill, which seeks to set up a fast track court to hear disputes where Rs. 5 crore ($1.8million) or more is at stake, is being studied by the Rajya Sabha Select Committee. The Lok Sabha had passed the bill in December 2009.
