Rohatgi in big ticket Bollywood litigation

The Supreme Court has passed an interim order allowing producer Boney Kapoor to release the Salman Khan-starrer ‘Wanted’ after he deposits Rs. 2 crore as security before the Court. Boney Kapoor had allegedly taken an advance of Rs. 10 Crore from LMB Holding, a B4U finance company to enter into a joint venture to produce a certain number of films. However the negotiations fell through and Boney Kapoor failed to repay the advance within the stipulated 90 days.
