The Delhi High Court has held that a review petition can be filed in High Court against its judgment, even if a Special Leave Petition (SLP) preferred against the same judgment in Supreme Court was dismissed as withdrawn.
The order was passed by Justices Badar Durrez Ahmed and Rajiv Sahai Endlaw JJ. on February 27 this week in a review petition filed against a 2012 judgment of the Court.
