The Supreme Court today stayed the order of the Delhi High Court which had allowed Rajeev Saxena to travel abroad for medical treatment.
The Vacation Bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and BR Gavai issued notice in the case today after the Centre moved the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court's order.
