Rajani advises on Astec Life Sciences IPO

Mumbai-based Rajani Associates are advising Astec Life Sciences on its Initial Public offering (IPO). Astec has filed its red herring prospectus with the ROC, and the issue opened today. The transaction was led by Rajani Associates Partner Sanjay Israni, assisted by Associate Prachi Doshi.
