He is a securities lawyer with over 12 years of experience in Indian capital markets. He specializes in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, and other corporate work. Before starting Prism, Yogesh was working with Platinum Partners. Ramesh has over two decades of experience of Indian financial market and securities regulatory work. Before joining Prism, Ramesh was Chief of Compliance and Legal at SBI Capital..Speaking to Bar & Bench Managing Partner Ameet Naik said, “This is a strategic alliance. Both Ramesh and Yogesh come with lot of experience. We have a large client base and we thought it’s the right thing to have experienced people like them in this alliance.”.“We are using common resources.
