President, PM, Chief Justice TS Thakur to attend Arbitration Conference by NITI AayogOctober 10 2016
The enforcement of arbitral awards has been a perpetual bottleneck as far as arbitration in India is concerned. To address this, and other concerns, the Government of India through NITI Aayog will be organising a 3-day conference on “National Initiative towards strengthening Arbitration and Enforcement in India”.
The conference will be held from at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi from October 21 to October 23. It will be attended by President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Justice of India TS Thkaur and Finance Minister Arun . . .
