PMO clears appointment of Justice HL Dattu as the next Chief Justice of India

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has cleared the file pertaining to the appointment of Justice HL Dattu as the next Chief Justice of India, reports The Times of India. As per the report, the file has been sent to the President for his approval.
