"Pass an order which we can understand", Supreme Court sets aside Bombay High Court orderNovember 6 2019
In a curt but strongly worded order, the Supreme Court has asked the Bombay High Court to pass an order which is comprehensible and can be understood by the Court.
A Bench of Justices Deepak Gupta and Aniruddha Bose noted that the order of the Bombay High Court under challenge was unintelligible and the Supreme Court could not decipher what has been decided by the High Court.
