Justice BN Srikrishna, top law firm partners to participate in meeting on Unlocking Online Dispute Resolution held by Agami, CII, NITI Aayog

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and NITI Aayog, in association with Agami and Omidyar Network India, are hosting business leaders, heads of top law firms and leading General Counsel for a conversation on 'Unlocking Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) to Enhance the Ease of Doing Business' on August 8 from 2:00-4:30 pm.

The first such meet took place on June 6, when sitting Supreme Court judges, Justices DY Chandrachud, Sanjay Kishan Kaul, and Indu Malhotra were among the panellists who discussed reasons to advance Online Dispute Resolution in India.

With an aim to articulate the industry interest in ODR, identify promising commercial use cases, and encourage businesses to forge pathways for greater adoption, the conversation will see participation of various members of the legal fraternity and business leaders.
