O’Melveny & Myers (OMM) has hired Pooja Sinha as Counsel for its Singapore office. Pooja Sinha joins OMM from the Singapore office of Linklaters where she spent two years..Speaking to Bar & Bench she said, “O’Melveny provides me with a great platform and a leadership role to further develop an India practice”. Earlier this year, OMM-Amarchand bid for EIL and although they qualified for the final rounds for the EIL disinvestment, lost out to Luthra on the fee quote.
