No notice once advance copy of applications served on counsel, Delhi HCJanuary 22 2018
The Delhi High Court has recently directed that once the advance copy of applications are served on the counsel of the litigants, orders would be passed without any further notice being issued.
The Single Judge Bench of Justice Pratibha M Singh passed the said direction in the matter between Swarupi Devi and Ors. and Suresh Nagar while observing that,
"It is noticed that in almost all fresh applications despite service of advance notice the counsel do . . .
