No cognizable offence made out in sedition complaint against Rahul Gandhi for 2016 surgical strikes speech, Delhi PoliceMay 15 2019
The Delhi Police today told the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Rouse Avenue Court Complex that no cognizable offence was made out in the sedition complaint against Congress President Rahul Gandhi for his speech in the aftermath of the 2016 surgical strikes.
The same was put forth before Judge Samar Vishal in the Delhi Police's Action Taken Report on the complaint made by advocate Joginder Tuli.
