Nishith Desai, IndusLaw, Samvad act on DeVry, Kaizen acquisition of EduPristine majority stake

Education services provider DeVry has tied up with Kaizen Private Equity, an education sector focused PE fund, to acquire a majority stake in Indian professional certification and skill development focused player, EduPristine for around Rs. 54 crore.
