Nidhi Pathania re-joins Link Legal as Associate Partner

Nidhi Pathania, who had left Link Legal India Law Services in 2015 to join K Law, has rejoined the firm as an Associate Partner.

She will be based out of Link Legal’s Mumbai office, part of the firm’s Banking & Finance practice team.

Nidhi  started her career with Link Legal in 2007 and has about 10 years of experience in the Banking and Project Finance space. She has regularly represented banks and financial institutions in project financing and corporate finance transactions across various sectors.

Managing Partner Atul Sharma and Co-Managing Partner Nusrat Hassan, said,

With Nidhi’s addition, the firm’s Banking and finance team has grown to 9 partners.

Recently, Milind Jha too rejoined the firm from K Law in Delhi.
