The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain a public interest litigation (PIL) petition filed by a lawyer challenging the cancellation of the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) that was earlier scheduled to be held in June by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
