Vice President Hamid Ansari has reportedly constituted a three-member panel to look into allegations of sexual harassment levelled against a Madhya Pradesh High Court judge..According to The Indian Express, the panel will comprise Supreme Court judge Justice Vikramajit Sen, Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court Justice Manjula Chellur, and Supreme Court Senior Advocate KK Venugopal..The High Court judge has been accused of sexually harassing a former Additional District and Sessions judge in Gwalior, who filed a petition in the Supreme Court in August last year. The apex court directed a re-investigation into the case, which was carried out by then Karnataka Chief Justice DH Waghela. Another three-judge panel was set up after it was decided that further investigations were needed..Last month, more than 50 members of the Rajya Sabha had signed a motion seeking removal of the judge.
