The firm has five lawyers including him..Ajit has almost three decades of experience working with different corporate houses including Hindustan Lever, Ranbaxy, PepsiCo, Patni Computers and Vedanta..In between, he worked with FoxMandal for a year as a Senior Partner and also set up a legal outsourcing business, Lexaya Solutions. He left Fox Mandal within a year to join Vedanta in April 2011..His areas of focus include corporate law, power, infrastructure, ports, mining, oil and gas and other regulatory laws, commercial arbitration and litigation..“We have already started work with some of the leading corporates in this part of the country. We also five of counsels for litigation work”, said Ajit..On his decision to set up his own firm, Ajit said, “I have vast experience having been the in-house counsel with premier business houses in the country. This is the time to use the business skills I have picked up as a lawyer with these corporates..I also believe that there are several premier firms but there is acute shortage of business lawyers and I am therefore becoming relevant to fill in that gap.”
