Udta Punjab’s certificate says passed by Bombay High Court, names judges

Yet another twist has been added to the controversy over the film Udta Punjab. Even as an NGO has reportedly moved the Supreme Court against the Bombay High Court’s decision over the movie, the Central Board of Film Certification’s certificate states that the movie has been passed by the Bombay High Court.
