Two-child limit to become Panchayat member won't include step-children but will include children from previous marriage: Bombay High Court

The Nagpur Bench clarified that the expression “two children” in Section 14 of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act would mean children for whose birth the concerned member is responsible.
