Tripura High Court says in UAPA and NDPS cases, bail is exception and not rule

Courts should not forget the rigors of the NDPS Act and the UAPA where it is by now well settled that bail is not a rule but an exception, the High Court said while agreeing with the State's arguments on this aspect.
