Trans identity can’t be ground to reject applications: Madras High Court to TN Veterinary University

The Madras High Cour recently directed the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University to consider the application of a transgender candidate for its undergraduate degree course and ensure that such application is not rejected on the ground of the petitioner’s trans identity.
