[Toolkit case] DCW takes cognisance of reports that Disha Ravi was produced in Delhi Court without transit remand or lawyer present

The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has taken suo motu cognisance over media reports that 21-year old climate activist, Disha Ravi was arrested by the Delhi Police from Bengaluru and produced in a Delhi Court without a transit remand and without a lawyer of her choice present.
